MKU Receives 1.7M to equip Innovation Hub

Mount Kenya University has received Ksh. 1,700,000 for the purchase of equipment that will be used in the innovation hub. The equipment include:

• Laptops
• Multifunctional printer
• External Hard drives
• Multimedia projector
• Interactive whiteboard
• Tablets

Mount Kenya University had earlier been issued with a 360 degree webinar/ Video Conference Camera with Automatic Speaker Focus commonly known as the “owl ” .The owl will improve the web meetings as it automatically highlights and shifts focus to different people in the room when they speak, so you know what’s happening as if you’re there.
