MKU has entered into a deal with Gujarat University, India
Mount Kenya University on 14th February, 2020 signed an MoU with Gujarat University, India. The MoU will see the two institutions cross-invite experts for training and guidance of their students.
Student will benefit from short-term and long-term exchange programs where they can travel to India for their studies for a stipulated period for instance one trimester/semester.
When announcing this Dr. Sanjay Chauhan, Professor, GTU’s graduate School of Pharmacy, commended the University for its Investment in teaching the health sciences. Dr. Sanjay was representing Prof. (Dr.) Navin Sheth, Gujarat Technological University Vice Chancellor.
The deal also allows either University to appoint the professors/Ph.D. guides from the other University as a co-supervisor /adjunct professor to the research scholars of both parties
The two university are also set :
- To offer joint research and education programs in collaboration with Partner University;
- To participate in workshops/conferences/symposia at organized by partner university and disseminate work-related, administrative expertise and other practices;
- To mutually develop and share teaching methods, research publications, scientific and technical documentations;
