Mount Kenya University Staff visited Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) University of Applied Sciences on the 30th November, 2018 in Germany. The three (3) staff are part of a 17 team member from 7 selected Universities in Kenya attending an ongoing training and transfer workshop for University of Applied Sciences Model to be implemented by Kenya Universities which is expected to run through 2019.

The objective of the Training & Transfer workshop is to ensure that Kenyan Universities gain an in-depth knowledge and transfer strategies on application-oriented scientific approach, which focusses on the requirements in practice-oriented training that qualifies students for the labour market and for individual transformation as envisaged in Mount Kenya University Mission
