The TechWomen of Department of State (USA) visit and mentorship
A delegation of over 15 members from the USA and other African countries visited MKU on 8th February 2017 under the banner of TechWomen and under the sponsorship of the USA Department of State. The high powered delegation of women held meetings with women faculty at MKU who are in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), with the Vice Chancellor and also mentored closes to 800 female students who are enrolled in STEM areas of study.
