MKU Nairobi Campus holds its’ annual prayers
Nairobi Campus held its annual prayer Day on Thursday 30th May 2019 at MKU Towers along Moi Avenue. The event was organized by the campus chaplaincy and was attended by all staff and students.
The prayers started in 2015 in the wake of terrorist attacks and hence the campus felt the need to hold inter-religious prayers to discourage radicalization and promote harmonious inter-religious co-existence.
This year’s theme was “Living well in Campus”. The Guest Speaker was Mr Sodipo Theophilus a pastor at the Winners Chapel Ministry. The guest artist was Rosy Ohon, a renowned gospel artist. The Guest Speaker was the Vice-Chancellor who was ably represented by Prof. Peter Wanderi, Principal Corporate Affairs.
