Postgraduate Training on Writing Fundable Proposals

The Directorate of Research, Grants and Endowments in conjunction with the School of Postgraduate Studies organized a one-day training workshop on how to write fundable proposals. The participants of the event were MKU members of staff and Postgraduate students (PhD and Masters). The workshop was organized following a grant call by the National Research Fund in the following categories; Postgraduate Research Training, Multidisciplinary Collaborative Research and Infrastructural Support for Research and Training Institutions. During the training, 36 PhD and 5 Master students and 15 MKU staff participated. Following the training, about 20 proposals in the three grant call categories (Postgraduate Research Training, Multidisciplinary Collaborative Research and Infrastructural Support for Research and Training Institutions) were submitted to National Research Fund.
