School of Pharmacy Don presents at an international conference
Dr. Dennis Opwoko, HOD Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy from the School of Pharmacy attended the “2nd Global Conference on Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research” between November 23-24, 2023 in Dubai, UAE.
He presented his work on “Emerging use of Sarcophyte piriei against human pathogens: Towards combating antimicrobial resistance”. This was a great contribution towards the current trends and future challenges in the field of Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research, in particular combating the global challenge of antimicrobial resistance which is becoming the biggest health concern at the moment. He received an award at the conference for the excellent participation.
