Amended University Administrative Structure
The University management is cognizant of the diversity in expertise and experience being critical for promotion of corporate governance, which in turn, enhances institutional performance. It is, therefore, necessary for institutions to periodically re-define administrative and management structures with the aim of achieving and sustaining good corporate governance. In light of this, amendments have been made to the University organization and administrative structure. The proposed amendments were designed to enhance diversity in expertise and experience, and redefining reporting relationships.
