Strengthening Maritime Education at Mount Kenya University

Following the signing of the MOU between Mount Kenya University (MKU) and Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy- which is part of AD Ports Group

The MKU CPD Director had a productive meeting with Capt. Varun Rawat, Director of Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy. Discussions centered on rolling out the Nautical Science program and other specialized maritime training at the MKU Malindi Maritime Academy.

“It was also a great opportunity to interact with students currently undergoing training at the campus, witnessing firsthand their enthusiasm for careers in the maritime industry”

This partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing maritime education in Kenya and beyond.
