MKU partners with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust in International Junior Nurse Fellowship
Mount Kenya University and Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust have partnered to develop an International Junior Nurse Fellowship (IJNF) in response to the Nursing Now Challenge.
International Junior Nurse Fellowship (IJNF) is a 12-month programme that will be delivered virtually with 10 early career nurses (in Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust) and 10 senior student nurses (in Mount Kenya University).
The fellowship was launched virtually on 9th July 2021, 2:00pm EAT by the programme leads Elizabeth Ndungu of MKU and Debbie Cromack. It will benefit students in research skills, academic writing skills and leadership skills.
The students will have a chance to share their experiences with the Bradford District Care Foundation Trust cohort and learn from each other.
